Loved the convenience of text notifications when our room was ready, as well as regular touch points to ensure we were having a great stay. We really enjoyed the pool, and the express passes and boat transfers to the parks were a great addition. Highly recommend for a family visit to the parks. 」

「Great on site restaurants, easy access via water taxi to Universal Citywalk and the two Universal parks. Cant be beat. Hallways could use some repair (baseboards coming off and scuffed badly, lifting carpet), sometimes dirty. 」
