"When we called to advise we needed an upgrade to our room, your staff was the most pleasant and professional to us. We were going to be charged an additional fee, but through a conversation it was deemed to be withdrawn. Though this may se to be minor, customer service like this is so important and we were made to feel valued. We often use Expedia and for this positive interaction, we will be continuing to do so with confidence. "We began staying at the grove many years ago when it opened. Since then, cleanliness has declined, and many rooms (we've stayed in the last few years). need serious fixing and upgrading (cabinets and dressers falling apart, showers needs updating, hallways to rooms are constantly full of garbage people leave out, and overall dirt and grime) It is not what it use to be."
