"The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a broken coffee maker and they replaced it in like 10 minutes. The shower pressure was great and the water got very hot fast. The body wash and conditioner were good. We did not swim however the pool was clean and the area well maintained. We loved the buffets for breakfast and dinner and the free drinks were a total plus. Will stay at this hotel every time we go to Orlando in the future."

"I loved the character of the place. Very easy to get everywhere on my scooter. Staff was very patient answering ALL of my questions for my first time staying there. And I got a picture with Woody Woodpecker!!! I'll be back for sure."

"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I’m a very recent traveler, my check in night was a bit chaotic and very crowded! The staff maintained composure with a smile and kept the check in lines moving forward. I also had an issue with a breakfast order, it was resolved very quickly and respectfully. Shuttle service was excellent!"
