「Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the host was always clear, quick, and super helpful, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was great—just about a 10-minute walk to Brickell downtown, and we loved having Walgreens, Publix, and lots of restaurants just around the corner. 「We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, it was super close to the beach, and they provided beach chairs and beach towels. My and my sister’s only complaints were that the floor needed to be swept better cuz it felt sandy and the curtains need to be replaced with wider curtains cuz anybody walking outside could easily look inside through the gaps. But overall, loved our stay!」

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
