「I stayed at this property a couple of times within a couple of times and each time i had problems with the shower and no hot water. It took at least 24 to 36 hours to get the problem resolved. I had two vouchers, one from each stay for two complimentary stays. When i attempted to use the vouchers, with multiple email exchanges that took over a month where they kept denying my dates and other terrible customer experience i had encountered, they are not allowing me use both vouchers together...

「There was a great restaurant within 5 minutes walking or less. Also a convience store with many items. The onsite owner was very nice. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We loved the step in shower! Also, the table and chairs outside, in your own private area was very nice. 」

「This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer...
