The room was very clean and roomy! Nice king bed and the ac worked great! Very conveniently located to all the good stuff near the beach. We topped the evening off with a swim in the awesome pool. We would love to come and stay again

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay so much! We stayed a week and was treated with the best hospitality. If we needed more towels/ etc. we knew it was only a text message away. The room was clean and just a minutes walk from the beach. The host made everything super convenient and easy during check in considering we arrived at midnight. It was our first time in the area but found the stay to be just a few blocks from the pier and plenty of restaurants/shopping. We will most definitely be back and WILL stay here again! Thank you again for making our vacation an enjoyable experience!

The room was extremely clean out and well supplied with dishes and towels.. even a couple of beach towels ..stay there for five days.. and felt also very safe… Maybe if one suggestion!! Is too have in room safes Beach was literally a few minutes away walking… And the pier 10 mins walking ..and ample parking I would definitely return

Yes. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for cooking, including a brand new sponge and dish soap for cleaning afterwards. The place itself is in a great location. Close to many attractions including the main attraction of Florida, the beach! The room was absolutely spotless. It was an fantastic stay. My family and I are already talking about our next trip and wanting to stay there!

(Family of 4)It is my second stay on Christmas vacation. The reason I booked S&S is simple, location (beach across the street) and price. Building itself is not new, however is well maintained, I am not picky, this basic that hotel provides, fits my needs. I am not coming to Florida to stay all day in hotel. Highly recommended for people that value location and $$$.

The check in was a little frustrating but that was worked out by the manager and everything else was perfect! It’s an older building but in excellent condition. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great!

Nice spacious room, many buildings are older by the beach, but you can see they keep this place well. I have stayed here twice, both rooms were very big, nice floors, nice aesthetic bathrooms. There is a pool, and normal room amenities, tv connected to the internet, some rooms have different size refrigerators, kitchen counter & stovetop, Anything more the room rate would be higher, & I rated the Experience as excellent! The management are help, just an electronic communication away, so people should just be respectful, Yes I would consider staying again, The property is on Ocean Blvd so across the street is the beach, the beach entrance is approx 2 or so blocks away.

The place is ideal for a short family getaway. If you're a large group, you can rent several rooms. Just across the street, you'll find the beach. Excellent communication with the manager and the owner. It's very convenient that each room has a fully equipped kitchen, which is essential if you're traveling with children. There are several shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.

Satisfying. Great neighborhood. Walk to the beach. Rooms on bottom floor can hear everything upstairs Immediate response from management on a little issue that came up but was a city situation and not the managers issue and problem. They were great in communicating and addressing the issue Full kitchen and clean.
