The room was extremely clean out and well supplied with dishes and towels.. even a couple of beach towels ..stay there for five days.. and felt also very safe… Maybe if one suggestion!! Is too have in room safes Beach was literally a few minutes away walking… And the pier 10 mins walking ..and ample parking I would definitely return

(Family of 4)It is my second stay on Christmas vacation. The reason I booked S&S is simple, location (beach across the street) and price. Building itself is not new, however is well maintained, I am not picky, this basic that hotel provides, fits my needs. I am not coming to Florida to stay all day in hotel. Highly recommended for people that value location and $$$.

The staff was friendly and kind. We was checked on through out our trip by the rental company. The pool and rooms was cery clean. We was able to walk almost everywhere we wanted. It was quiet family friendly area. Would def go back.

The place is ideal for a short family getaway. If you're a large group, you can rent several rooms. Just across the street, you'll find the beach. Excellent communication with the manager and the owner. It's very convenient that each room has a fully equipped kitchen, which is essential if you're traveling with children. There are several shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.

The check in was a little frustrating but that was worked out by the manager and everything else was perfect! It’s an older building but in excellent condition. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great!

Nice spacious room, many buildings are older by the beach, but you can see they keep this place well. I have stayed here twice, both rooms were very big, nice floors, nice aesthetic bathrooms. There is a pool, and normal room amenities, tv connected to the internet, some rooms have different size refrigerators, kitchen counter & stovetop, Anything more the room rate would be higher, & I rated the Experience as excellent! The management are help, just an electronic communication away, so people should just be respectful, Yes I would consider staying again, The property is on Ocean Blvd so across the street is the beach, the beach entrance is approx 2 or so blocks away.

Rooms on bottom floor can hear everything upstairs Immediate response from management on a little issue that came up but was a city situation and not the managers issue and problem. They were great in communicating and addressing the issue Full kitchen and clean.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Slow communication and response to requests. Shower knob making noise was not attended during the stay as requested but not a big problem. Requests for towels and other things took over night to be delivered. Everything else was good and would definitely recommend it. Thanks.

The property is across the street from other properties and the beach. So you can't see anything. Access to the ocean is very limited. Plan on walking 1/3 to 1/2 mile to get to the access . Kitchen is ok, one role of paper towels for 10 days. 2 bath towels, we did our own laundry, seemed easier than trying to get anything from non-existent staff People from other apartments use the pool at 2am Have to remember the property is 50-70 years old , with only a few updates. Worst problem was the mold coming out of the mini-split air conditioner!

Its in an absokutely great location on A1A! Its just far enough away from the main Pompano area so the area is always very quiet. At the same time that "downtown" Pompano area is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property! Not to mention the many cheap transportation Pompano dies have to begin with! All in all. It's a great place for peace and quite, and entertainment when you want it, plus the beach right there and there's a pool so what more could you ask for! The staff managing the property was also very helpful and always quick to respond with any questions I had which was great! The room was immaculately clean and the staff that did the cleaning were some of the nicest folks!! Would 100% recommend as its a great location for an incredible price for the area its in!! One con: the walls of the rooms are definitely a bit thin and can hear the other guests at times. But really not that bad!
