Large Home on the waterway with lots of privacy.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is very spacious and decorated nicely. Very equipped kitchen with everything you will need.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with three generations. This house has everything you can imagine. It was very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The patio and the pool are great. Unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes.

GREAT HOUSE!

This house was beautiful, inside and out. Gorgeous interior design inside the house and the outdoor furniture, and landscape, were even more beautiful. Beds and linens were comfortable. House was very clean. Pool was lovely. We had a few issues with the pool but Brampton Park was quick to resolve them. I would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful week!

I usually don’t write reviews but this house, owner and property manager deserve the best review! The house is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It is well stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. The owners thought of everything - paper towel, all detergents, foil, plastic wrap etc. A truck hit the outside power lines while we were there knocking out the electricity. The management company immediately contacted us (they rec’d an alert about the power) and called the utility company and internet provider to get us back online as quickly as possible. It would have been horrible for our twenty year olds to live without internet for too long (haha). None of it was their fault but we definitely appreciated the assistance. I’ve never worked with such a hands on property management company. They were great from the minute we rented the house. I can’t forget about the beautiful decks, patios and pool. The backyard is impeccably landscaped and there is a beautiful deck off the owners suite. All furnished with the nicest patio furniture. PLUS it’s on the canal and has a great neighborhood to walk in. Just the best house!!

Fantastic Stay!

House was perfect. In quiet neighborhood,great pool, well stocked kitchen, nice grill, comfy beds, nice linens and perfect layout for a family. The people at Branson Park Rentals were very accommodating, responsive and helpful especially Paul and Karla.
