Hotel was fine. Very accomadating on check in by storing our luggage and allowing us access to the resort facilities till our room was ready and the same after checkout. Only use the restaurant once for lunch. Food was okay- ketchup was not tasty. Beach towels were worn out thin. The chaise lounges by the pool should be kept cleaner. Showing too much dirt. Beds were comfy. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Though the bathrooms were redone beautifully. Enjoyed the private balcony. Room was only serviced once on a 4 night stay and had to ask for that. Super fast elevators.

First off when I checked in the staff was EXTREMELY nasty. On top of the hotel being expensive ( which it wasn’t even worth it ) we had to pay 20$ a night for parking ONTOPOF the 20$ EACH to rent a beach chair and umbrella . The room was really dated and not nice - I felt like I was staying down the jersey shore in a dingy motel. The house keeping never had towels- you had to call down to the front desk to get them. All the other hotels next to this one were nice looking- it literally looked like a motel. The price is not worth it- pick somewhere else and spend the extra money for something nicer . I travel frequently & this place was not worth it nor was paying extra for chairs - so ridiculous! I have never seen a place that charges extra for beach chairs when your staying at the “resort” if you would even call it that.

If you want paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbors fight until 1am, a dirty building, a thimble-sized pool, to pay to use beach chairs that were hand-picked from the city's trash dump, and a menu that Amnesty International would protest if served to inmates, this is the place for you!
