I encountered problems during the check-in as the front desk could not find my booking. The staff Mr Dancer WU was patiently helping me to find out the problem after I showed the booking confirmation by my mobilephone. After his effort, Mr WU and his colleagues finally found my booking and successfully checked in for me. Mr WU even upgraded my room. Thank you very much for his excellent service and the help of his colleagues. However, for the service from Hotels. com, It was not up to my expectation as I only got some standard responses from AI when I wanted to seek assistance during the check in.

Good premium hotel in Shantou

Hotel is in a good location, just next to a local residential area with lots of local restaurants & eateries. Food is very good & cheap. McDonalds, KFC & Pizza Hut is just 2 blocks area (250m), for parents whom might need to pacify their children. Room is very clean & modern and has good toiletries. Hotel is well known locally. Would definately stay at this hotel again.

前台服務態度很好，房間整潔度可以，唯房間硬件設施十分差，一入到房間視覺感覺不舒服，殘殘舊舊，性價比很低，不明白為何評分會這麼高。硬件設計跟不上現代酒店節奏，如不改變等著被淘汰。

Good: - Clean - Big and clean Gym/Swimming Pool - 23rd Floor 360 view restaurant - Location (lively neighbourhood, not too far from St Joseph Church and the Old town by cab) - Staff speaks basic english - Large windows in the room Soso: - Breakfast is not great. 前台check in找不到紀錄，就算提供確認号碼也找了一輪! 房房間清潔度一般，有咖啡機但找不到咖啡杯，問完才告知用手拿住高身水杯斜放装咖啡! 行政樓層專用Iounge，接待小姐冷漠，食品種類少，4pm-7pm的下午茶不值一試。反而每晚送到房間的糖水，值得一讚!

Check in時找不到預訂紀錄，而且態度比較冷淡，完全不合格。反而house keeping對要求的回應快速，值得一讚。早餐一般，人多混亂! Lounage的接待小姐也是冷冷的黑面，食物種類少，唯一好處是無人，所以清靜! 不值入住行政樓層。 4F潮式酒家食品及服務一流，員工細心體貼!由安排入座至離開都稱心滿意!

非常好，酒店给我和朋友们的房间升了级，有个套间，朋友们都很满意，只是窗户隔音效果不太好，能够改善最好，早餐在23楼，开掦景观，食物很多元化，品种繁多，有点挤，人多时座位不够，不过服务员态度很好的样子
