Very unsatisfied! Add does not inform the client. No reception hall. Clients already on the premises had to inform me of their own bad experiences. If the booking is done a few hours before, warning - possiblity of one and half hour delay , before getting your room code.

The interior is outdated. Hot water is limited. The bed was rather hard. The Wi-Fi and TV only worked intermittently. However, the staff is very responsive. The outdoor terrace is nice. Great proximity to the beach. Good for a one-night stay if you don’t have high expectations.

Terrible place. Doors loose in their frames, beds hard and like old steel cots. No front desk staff, no one available, and people wandering about smoking dope. A scary dump. On top of that they only allow you to cancel 3 days before you arrive, then refuse to refund any money , knowing that most people will will go elsewhere, then they can book your rooms again and get double money. DONT BOOK HERE

I love the location of this place but the room I got this time was a little rough around the edges. If you don’t mind bare-bones accommodations, It was clean! Also if you don’t mind being on camera at all times on the property and being watched by remote staff.

Terrible, filed a lawsuit against them for lying directly to my face regarding internet. Also pool was being redone so both amenities not available and they don't deduct the cost from the stay. Had to go through Expedia Customer Service to get a refund which they did.

The room was very neglected. Counter tops all cut up⭐️ 1 Star We rented this apartment in Pompano Beach for a relaxing week — specifically because it advertised a pool and great location near the beach. What we arrived to was the complete opposite. The pool was murky and clearly unusable, and by the next day it was taped off with caution tape. There was never any mention before booking that the pool would be closed. When we asked for a refund so we could move somewhere else, management refused and only offered a different property two days later that was far from the beach. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to make things right were incredibly disappointing. The apartment itself was also very tired — scratched countertops, flat pillows, and overall worn-down feel. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend. We were also without electricity, lights, fan, air conditioning or 4 hours. No staff onsite.
