“We stayed in #4 in April 2024. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. The shower was nice and hot, though it sprayed outside the surround and made a wet mess each time. Communication about check in was clear, and we received many emails before and during our stay. The kitchen supplies were pretty sparse (I'd recommend a pizza cutter for sure), and it would have been great if the small bureau area had had some clothes hangers available for use. We had two small beach towels and two……

“Yes it had everything we needed to make full breakfast of French toast, bacon, and eggs. The coffee pot was a quick brew, also had kerig but we like good old fashion coffee pot. The ice maker provided plenty of ice for our drinks and the farmhouse sink was awesome. There is counter space everywhere and gave us room to make treats for the teens.”

“This property is the perfect location. The beach is across the street, the heated pool was amazing, and the communication with the rental company was excellent. Would love to come back! ”

“Space was great if proximity to the beach is your highest priority. The area is quiet and peaceful. Our biggest complaint about the property was the fact that the room we stayed in lacked a couple amenities that would make it way more useable. Our room did not have a table and chairs nor stools to use the high top counter at the window. The only place to sit was the bed. We also did not have a wardrobe or closet or even hooks to hang clothes. Which made it tough to get ready for some dressier……

“Perfect location...right across the street to a beautiful Sunset Beach and the pool was so nice! Close to everything that you need or want, but not much within walking distance, but in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was all new and very comfortable and Barbara responded to any issues that we had. We will definitely stay there in the future.”

“We loved this bungalow! It was so incredibly close to the beach. The beach was a very short distance in the sand which was great when we had one infant and a toddler with us. The beach was not very crowded at all even on the weekend. The bungalow and entire property were very clean and we have no complaints at all! We will be staying here again!”

“Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean. ”

“Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. I also never got the original check-in email from the host, but again, I put the blame for that on Expedia, as our host responded very……

“Beautiful,exceptionally clean home with all the amenities. We loved that there was plenty of living space for seven people and completely updated. We enjoyed cooling off in the heated pool after being out all day. This house is truly a find in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was one of the best I have ever communicated with, Sandy responded almost immediately. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back for Phillies Spring training.
