“Absolutely perfect. Location, condo, amenities, cleanliness, and communication. Came with beach chairs and a blow up mattress. Owners outside everyday cleaning. And making sure everything is perfect. Freshly updated painted outside. Having both the gulf on one side and bay on the other was fantastic as well. Would def book again. Wished we could had snuck in the pool seems it closes at dusk. Looked very welcoming. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.”

“We had a great short visit. The beach entrance is right across the street. Shops and St John’s Pass is right across the bridge (walking distance) and the bungalow was very clean - we had a great time. Great location. It was nice they had a pool even though we didn’t use it. The property is maintained well.”

“My family enjoyed our four night stay very much. When I needed to communicate with our host, they were very good at quick responses. It was very easy to cross over the road to get to the beach. Having the wagon, beach towels and tote bag were very helpful. I would stay at this location again.”

“Paid for 3 nights, stayed 3 minutes.
We squeezed into the miniature parking area, and walked in. Dark, dank, and cramped. Whoever took photos deserves an award in the fantasy division. No view of the water from the room (as indicated by photos), only a view of the other rooms.
We walked out after 3 minutes without touching anything but the doorknobs. Owners emphatically stated there was no refund (not even for "cleaning.") We will NEVER rent from Tortugas Vacation Rentals (through Expedia VRBO)……
