"The property seems to be undergoing some intense renovations. The room was extremely clean however, the rest of the resort was less than average, especially for the price per night. The pictures online to not clearly nor accurately represent the property."

"I didn't stay there. Roaches all over the bed and floor, holes in the walls, next door had music blaring and the lady passed out on my door step. I need to know how to get my $ back. Completely unsafe and unsanitary."

"Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The area is nice, felt safe at all times. Didn't use the pool, so no comment there. Downsides: elevator was out the entire time we stayed. They did call me 2 dsys before checkin to let me know. It was an inconvenience due to my mobility and ballance issues. Unfortunately I was not able to locate another property for the days we were here. They put us on the 2nd floor, so that was vetter than the 3rd I guess. I did pay for a 1 bedroom suite, but they put me in a studio (lower cost room, no refunds either). Considering the oropwas built in 2020, they have had constant elevator issues vased on comments from others over the past 12-18 months. Slept good, and enjoyed my time in Clearwater. Not sure if I eill stay here again though, due to the sketch elevator."

"I noticed carpet in a number of areas including my room, is worn and stained. Carpet needs to be replaced. Sraff were outstanding although I requested a wake up call my last day and never received it."

"Place needs a spruce up for sure. Looking worn. Cold taking a shower because there is only a water shield and no door or curtain to close to keep warmth in. Downstairs area was kind of dirty. "
