“There are no amenities nearby in walking distance.Only 1 pool for the whole complex. The room could have been cleaner, not enough supplies such as toilet paper,The sliding door did not lock and we found beatals in the room.I don’t think the disruption at the time of booking matches what you actually booked ”

“Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite
multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,……

“Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) .
While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.”

“Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update ”
