"Hotel room was ok could of Ben better"

"Place was under construction. Its going to be really beautiful when done. The pool area was being retiled and torn up. The rooms were new and modern. But the attention to finishing details was questionable. For instance the toilet seat was not screwed down. There was no microwave, phone, iron, or sitting chair in the room. The TV did not work. We could not check any of the cables cause it was built into a wall. We did get the front desk person to fix it. Was super quiet and very clean. Id stay there again in about 8 months when its completed."

"Its okay, they rip you off with a daily resort fee. Room was just okay, hotel was being remodeled and definitely needs it. Staff were okay, breakfast was okay. Room was clean and comfortable."

"This was the worst Extended Stay I’ve ever been to. I always pick there because they’re always great but this one was awful. The room had dead roaches, the toilet took 3 flushes to actually go down. The breakfast was not what it’s like at others. Not to emotion I didn’t know this was a live in facility. There was people with plants in the upper windows and a car had a grill in the back of its trunk. The staff was really nice and that’s the only thing that was good about this place. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly unacceptable. I booked this location while relocating for work and expected basic cleanliness and comfort at minimum. Instead, I dealt with roaches in the room and pillows that were stained, worn out, and completely unsanitary. It made it very difficult to relax or feel comfortable during what was already a stressful move. What made the experience even worse was management’s response. After bringing up my concerns, I was essentially told to “take it up with a lawyer” and they refused to cancel the remainder of my stay. There was very little concern shown about the actual condition of the room or the fact that a paying guest was uncomfortable staying there. The overall condition of the property did not match what was advertised online. I understand budget hotels won’t be luxury experiences, but there is a major difference between “basic” and “dirty.” No guest should have to worry about pests or question whether bedding is clean. I had to inspect everything before touching it, which is not how anyone wants to spend their stay. Unfortunately, between the room conditions and the dismissive response from management, I would not recommend this property."

"Room is very clean. The only problem I had was that I had a dog to take outside, and there was a lot of cigarette butts and litter around the outside of the property. The floor was sticky, where you came in and out on the side."
