“Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. We politely notified the front desk and asked to please be moved. We were told that……

“We came in from Texas to attend our nieces destination wedding next door at Shephard's resort so this hotel was perfect within our budget, within walking distance (literally), and liked that we got to enjoy the live music from the resort as well. Diana, Princesa, housekeeping, and the manager Debbie were very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They showed wonderful hospitality. “Very impressed with the turn down service daily!! We would return to a clean room and fresh towels daily. Our room was a suite with plenty of space and I was brought extra coffee pods for my Kurig. The pool was great and amount of lounge chairs was more than enough. We got the package with breakfast and it held us over till lunch. Generous portions and fast service. The front desk was always helpful with vouchers and recommendations. They assisted us with bracelets for the pool. We never lacked……
