「This is a scam. Do not book it. When I arrived the real house owner was there and told me its not a rental home. I did not get my money back.」

The property was generally clean, I’d give the cleanliness a 7/10. However, if you consider the landscape, size, and age of the property, it understandably can be a bit dusty. 「The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition. 「We loved our week in Florida! Our large family had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were a hit on the hot days we didn't go to the beach. The house is very well located with plenty of shopping and restaurants only minutes away. Beaches only 15-30 minutes away. Great spot and was exactly what we were looking for!」
