“Light in small bedroom Garbage and delivery trucks annoying ”

“The entire resort was gorgeous! Only con was the hours of the pool especially with children.”

“Poor customer service. The lady in the front was a bit rude and didn’t made an effort to get us a luggage rack and told us we had to wait an hour to get the cookies. Then I approached a gentleman and he immediately brought us the cookies and the other the luggage rack. We enjoyed that the ocean is very close to hotel and didn’t have to walk much. Also there’s a nice restaurant facing the beach and a guitarist playing.”

“Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. We politely notified the front desk and asked to please be moved. We were told that……

“The resort was great. Hate that I paid for a room for a week and had to also pay for parking. Always trying to get more money out of people who already are giving trust and money into somewhere for a week. Also our tv in the room had some major sound issues one min you could not hear then the next it was so load. But in all we had a great week and enjoyed much needed rest and sunshine”
