「Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed/pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Check out at 6am was not pleasant. Desk staff was in the office sleeping and couldn't be found for 20 minutes. Other than the disappointment at checkout, the hotel was great.」

Pool was perfect for the parents and the kids. Beach was easily accessible and just beautiful. We will absolutely be back!」

「Took a day trip to Clearwater to decompress before heading back home. Stayed at Sheraton Key Resort based off of availability and the pool/beach. The pool definitely looks better in pictures however it was nice! The beach is beautiful and they have a golf cart drive you the short distance. Chair rentals are not included in the stay. I paid over $500 for this stay so for me only way I can justify that is by the pool and beach. The hotel itself is not 4 star in my opinion. The rugs are dirty, the...
