“I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at this “resort.” While it is listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, my experience, and even Google ratings, tell a very different story. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property does not match the images advertised. The location is misleading; it is situated at the far end of a golf course, which was not accurately represented in the listing. The overall presentation and atmosphere fell well below expectations for a resort of……

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“I can’t say enough about our 4-day stay at the Clearwater Marriott Resort on Sand Key! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience truly special. Taylor and Taryn were amazing — attentive, personable, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome. The staff member at the check-in desk was also very helpful and friendly (I’m sorry I can’t remember their name!). The service, atmosphere, and overall experience……
