「Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet.
Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it...

「Location is very good - maybe a five minute walk to the beach if you walk slowly. Staff member Vic is very helpful. HOWEVER...
The bed in the room I was given was near a window. The window has white blinds and NO blackout curtain, so the room glows at night making a good night's sleep nearly impossible. The room also had a door that connect to the adjacent room and you can easily hear your neighbors talking (sometimes every single word they say - so BEWARE of what you say and how loudly you...
