Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️

This beautifully restored and recently reopened pink three-story hotel in downtown New Port Richey is a place you must spend the night to experience. Because it is not affiliated with a major chain, many travel booking searches will overlook it, but it sits right on the river in downtown New Port Richey a walkable area with Parks shops and a coffee shop that opens at six in the morning with plenty of public parking. The staff are always friendly and personable. The renovations were of the highest quality, and the free morning coffee is worth waking up for.

I was very excited to stay at the Hacienda I waited 2 years due to health issues to finally get to go. We only stayed 2 nights i was happy with everything, we were able to stay on main street did not need our car that was a big plus. We did have to deal with their yearly Chasco fiesta which takes over the whole area for a week, but that is not their fault. the staff was awesome Danny at the front desk was great.. Honestly the only thing I would have asked for was a small mini fridge. Keep in mind the rooms are small but this is a historical landmark and it has to meet certain requirements. We loved the bar Sashas just wish the hours were longer they close at 9pm and 5pm on Sunday.

The Hacienda was a blend of old architecture in a colorful and modern mix. Our 3rd floor room was tight but the outside balcony offered breathing room. Although the Hacienda interior was immaculate and inviting the outside grounds and bushes could use a quick scan for litter each morning. A pool would be a wonderful addition. Space is not an issue.

Breakfast menu was fresh and prices reasonable for the area. Parking was challenging as the area was near downtown and a public park and non-hotel guests would park in the hotel parking lot. Staff did nothing about that. Room was very clean, didn't know it didn't have a desk though and I work remotely so that was a bummer. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel is clean and convenient to local estsblishments. The rooms are spartan but clean. The hotel has a quaint and charming character. Have stayed there 3 times and it was fine. The AC in our room was noisy and they offered to change our room immediately.
