“Carlos communicated quickly and was very accommodating. This rental is just the right size for one or two people. The decorations are lovely, and everything was very clean. Although there is not a stove nor oven, there is a microwave, an electric single- burner hot plate, a toaster, and a griddle along with all the utensils and cookware needed. I will probably stay here again the next time I’m in Holiday.”

“This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.”

“Stayed for a few nights with my Labrador retriever. We had a great time! There's so much space to play fetch he loved it ! The camper was very nice very quiet and peaceful. The bonfire area and s'mores were GREAT! I was honered to meet the owner she is SO nice made me feel at home full of good vibes and so helpful we are going to miss it ! We will be back soon ! Thanks so much for everything!”

“It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again.”

“The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. The living room furniture had numerous large spots and the storage inside the furniture had spilled furniture inside. The kitchen was inviting and well stocked for food prep. All the……
