「Everything was great. Location is awesome. Rooms are OK (a little stinky!). Property is wonderful. However, part of the building collapsed (almost right on us) near the pool entrance. The only other issue we had is that of all the locations in this expansive resort, they do not let you sit on, or provide any tables to sit and eat at unless you are paying at their restaurant. If you stay for multiple days, there will be times you want to eat outside food. We tried sitting at a beach table, and...

「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」
