No one on site for questions or concerns, when you book, unaware there was interior rooms, fine print,, it's misleading as pictures on the site show a cottage,was ok safety wise, but, I chose this property to try something other than a "hotel style room" I would have just settled for a cheaper hotel had I known, the pool is tiny, doesn't appear tiny online and more time could be spent, 2x per day, tidying the pool and deck area of debris, appeared dirty...

「This was such an amazing property. A delightful walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of downtown Dunedin. Yet a quiet neighborhood to come home to. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Lovely touch to have coffee, tea and creamer available. Our host was readily available if we needed anything...but the cottage had everything we needed. Our first trip to Dunedin was wonderful and hope to return again. 」

「Very nice 2-bedroom town house with all the amenities included. Walking distance to downtown area with many shops and restaurants. Pinellas Trail, a walk/bike trail that stretches from Tarpon Springs to St. Pete, was half a block away. We enjoyed the Chamber of Commerce/Visitors’ Center and the History Museum in the old train station. Food was all good and varied, and reasonably priced. Property Manager Lady was very responsive. We’d highly recommend!」
