「The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. 「The room was equipped for my stay. Clean and quiet. More of an air b&b. I don’t have any complaints but the TV. I could not get any local channels to come up. I feel like there should be some channels and you should not have to watch your own YouTube or Netflix.」

「We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location and convenient to many bars and restaurants. The cottage is adorable and well appointed. The pool, hot tub and tiki area are the best. This place is our home away from home. Megan and Scott are wonderful hosts, great communicators and are attentive to making sure your stay is a truly wonderful vacation. We will be back for sure. This place is a gem for sure!! 」

Very loud with neighbors in the duplex next door due to crawl space that cause echos. Check in instructions need be updated as the unit has changed and misleading on what to look for upon arriving.
