"Awful. Awful. Awful. Rude. Rude. Rude. Reception asked us if we "sat on the toilet" when we immediately asked for a different better room and that "you booked through Expedia so you got a cheap room". He charged us a lot extra/night for an end room that overlooked the edge of the pool. The air conditioning was very loud all night and the internet was impossible to keep on—very disappointing based on room rate. The coffee maker in the room had no cups on final night. Located next to public storage and a trailer park, this place is a poorly run dump in bad conditon & they don't care about guests at all. The hallways throughout smelled like pot, steamed into the old carpets. Gates were always open and unlocked with odd pick-up trucks parking all day long and vagabonds wandering around. Felt unsafe. Breakfast was labor-intensive, make your own waffles or bagels or cereal; "fresh fruit" meant only apples, unless they count the yogurt cups. There was no variety for three days. While video loop at breakfast ironically showed us beautiful hotels & cappuccinos to rub it in. This is a hotel for truckers, drug dealers & the down-trodden. Pick another hotel."

"Most of the rooms face Highway 19 the loudest most crowded road I have been on. So it is loud and roaring motorcycles and semi's well past 10 pm. The rooms are a bit musty smelling as this is a dated property. The bathtubs have a silly water facet with a crazy double dials. Save some money and try the much nicer and quieter Rodeway Inn in N. Port Richey and save $25. The rooms are more modern especially the bathrooms but do check to make sure the wall hair dryers work."

"Neal was a very gracious host. The home is more spacious than the pictures reveal. Very nice pool. We had troubles with the pool temp but were able to enjoy it when itwarmed up. Neal helped us troubleshoot it over the phone.A nice place to appease the inner mermaid. Everything you need is there plus a lot of personal touches. We really enjoyed our stay."

"An absolutely gorgeous location. Sunsets were amazing. Lots of provisions for an assortment of fun. Hosts were very responsive to issues that arose. Once a few planned updates and repairs are completed this will truly be a one of a kind stellar rental"

"It was pet freindly which was a real plus for us. It was right across from sponge town . Absolutely great location. It was clean ,quiet ,and felt safe. I would recommend this place for a great tarpon springs adventure. We had no problems with payments or contacting the host. We would stay again."
