「The staff were wonderful. We went in January and it was not crowded. Every person we interacted( front desk, valet, cleaning ,even the manager walked around to say hi, with was so nice. The food was great the hotel was super clean. Bar drinks were weak but the service was exceptional. Lots of kids on the weekend so maybe do not book a pool room due to noise. The views were wonderful. Staff was always working to do touch ups around the building ( cleaning painting, even the deck/pool/flowers...

「Excellent location, great amenities, beautiful beach, and get a room with a balcony. If you go to sleep early you may be disturbed by bar across the street (Ricky's) as they play till 11 pm on Weekends. Nice restaurant next door called Sloppy Joe's. We borrowed their bikes as well. Recommend a nice place to get away and staff is great. 」

「This resort was incredibly accommodating to the needs of my autistic daughter, which meant so much to our family. The staff truly went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtful. The only small downsides were that the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the middle side table in our room was slightly broken. Other than that, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this resort.」

「Nice and very convenience location. They offer lots of activities for kids. However, it required to walk to the other building which is a little far when it is cold. Overall is great. 」

「Excellent. Service was exceptional, from the front desk to the valet, room service and housekeeping. The Vinoy was very clean and comfortable, the room was nicely sized and modernly appointed. Restaurants on site were convenient and very good with the pastry shop/coffee bar in the lobby, a nice touch. The location was also great. so many restaurants, bars, parks and the pier within easy walking distance.」
