"Concierge couldn’t understand us very well. Also it said broadway tix were half price on the weekend but that wasn’t true. We got wayyyy cheaper on ticket master. Refillable water station on floor 18 was terrible!! Undrinkable! Sink water was better. Good location and friendly staff. Red wine was good."

"We paid extra for a room upgrade on check in, the room was poor and very old looking. We had a great big sticker on the outside of the window making it hard to see out of, and after paying more for a view. The location is good, but i expected more from a strip hotel."

"I love this place! I appreciate the servers at waterpark and the laundry in the units. Wish they didn’t charge me $75 for early check in even though my room was ready and already cleaned"

"This location is perfect if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time. Its a short walk to Times Square & Broadway and many other things. Also located across from the Penn station which was convienent for getting to from the airport (I came in from Newark). Plenty close to spots with ATMs, food, & convenience stores). Room was clean every day. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The Rueben in the Tiktok restaurant downstairs was good and came out quick. It was also open 24/7 which was great when I forgot to eat all day and realized how hungry I was late at night. All that said when I make it back to New York I will definitely book The New Yorker again. And will recommend it to others planning on going to NYC."
