“Stayed here to visit our son at Miami University (35 min drive to campus). The setting is beautiful and the yellow farmhouse sits back from the road and from the other rental property, so we had total privacy. Thoughtful set up outside with patio and fire pit. Walk to the river was a bonus. I love to bird watch, and tallied 30 species on day one. Metamora is a cute town nearby. Recommend The Blue Umbrella for breakfast. Lots of hiking around Brookville Lake. House very comfortable and well laid……

“My friends and I really enjoyed our cozy winter stay! The kitchen was large with plenty of room to cook and hang out and had all the amenities and supplies. I appreciate how many sinks and bathrooms there were so each group could have their own space. Some things to note: It's an old house so sometimes temperature control was odd (it'd feel too cold then too hot). The place is well renovated for modern comfort but there are some quirks. ”

“Fantastic property and they thought of everything! From blankets and games to a fully stocked first aid kit and a box of spices for cooking! The house and grounds are beautiful! It’s out in the country and the stars are stunning! Good communication and great that they use codes for the doors so as different members of our family came and went at different times they were all able to get in. It made the perfect home base for us all to my daughter’s wedding! We’ve even talked about renting it……
