「Very friendly staff and nice, well maintained rooms.」

「We arrived to check in & there was a sign the POOL was closed! We had planned on frequent use of the pool. Check in staff said it was widely stated on their website, but we used Expedia & it was not. Very disappointed. The Good: Food at Lakeside cafe was excellent! The bands in the bar by the casino were great! Even the country one & I usually don't like country. The Bad: The beds were awful, lumpy & squeaky, pillows were so uncomfortable flat & hard. We were looking for the Sports bar to watch...

「Room was clean but the AC wouldn’t work. Had to call the front desk and they had to call maintenance. staff was helpful but I probably wouldn’t stay again.」

「Inside was very clean, outside needed some sprucing up, but they were actively working on it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room also very clean and bed and pillows comfortable. Had a couple technical issues key card entry was touchy, bathroom outlet did not work and air-conditioning when it kicked into cool was a bit noisy. We informed the front desk and they wrote it down to be addressed. Location was perfect.Overall, a positive experience especially for the price.」

「Our stay here was for a quick weekend work trip. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly because there were dozens of ants crawling around. We notified staff and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok. Our girls enjoyed having the gym to themselves most of the day. Parking was free. WiFi was good. Overall stay 3/5 due mostly to ants being in the room.」

「Everything was well appointed, not too much wrong (other than the random piece of shredded cheese) with the room itself. Problem was (Room 2077) a rhythmic buzzing from somewhere else on the property that would turn on for 5 seconds, then off for 10...non stop, the entirety of the night. A garage door, which i assume was for a neighboring property, also sounded like it was in the room with us. So loud starting at 530 am on as people arrived for work.
