Understaffed!!!! 1 man ran ragged Sunday & Monday July 12th and 13th...checking people out, trying to keep breakfast stocked, he was SO BUSY THE FRONT DESK WAS LEFT UNATTENDED! Needed a PLUNGER!!! WAS TOLD OUR ROOM 109 ALWAYS HAS THAT PROBLEM!!!! Took 15 minutes for someone to find us a plunger. Told we had to fix ourself...no staff...

「Pool is small and with it being summer was packed! Water was cold. Food amenities are amazing. Good options and delicious. One of my reasons for staying.」

「We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very family friendly! Breakfast is very good! There are a lot of breakfast items to choose from! The gym is a plus, it’s 24 hours! It also has a sky bridge which is connected to the Convention Center and that is why we chose this hotel overall! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!」
