“I don't have nothing to say it very nice”

“I am not an “casino person”, so take this with a grain of salt. We stayed here because it was close to an event we attended. Walking in to check in and to our room was like walking through a giant ashtray. The room was ok and did not smell bad. The price for a no frills stay was high. The pool was not available and there is no breakfast. There is ample parking.”

“The room was clean and. the staff was friendly. The only thing that was unavailable was the pool was not working and the treadmill was out of order.”

“My family and I stayed here for 5 days and will not be returning. While the hotel itself was decent and Amber at the front desk was so helpful and kind, my families safety comes first. We got stuck in the elevator, not once, but twice in the same day and had to call the fire dept to come get us out. Should’ve never got back in the elevator after the first time but I trusted when I was told it was fine. The elevator was sweltering and my daughter had a panic attack. The owner quit replying to my……

“Everything was great. the only thing needing improvement was the yard and parking lot. There was a lot of trash on the yard around the building and the containers outside were running over. That was not just one day but the entire 5 days we were there. I suggest you to have someone check the exterior at least 3 times a day and empty the containers. I noticed that travelers were cleaning out their cars in the front driveway. Its a shame when such a nice place and the trash around the front……

“So sad how run down this place was and so outdated! There are no decent places to stay around holiday world and it’s a shame that this is one of few places to stay. We felt like it was traveling back in time 30 years and all of the bedding and decor was old and dingy. The outside looked ran down and has not been well kept. Someone needs to invest in renovating it!”
