“Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said……

“Thr building smelled heavy of smoke. Luckily our room was ok & clean. Check in lady was nice. Wish we'd known ahead of time that the steakhouse was closed. We were looking forward to a nice dinner. Had to go elsewhere. The casino was ok. Many empty cups of cigarettes beside or on the machines. The band that night was great! That was a plus. I wouldn't go back.”

“Clean and well maintained for an old building. Restaurant should be avoided, poor service and food quality. Great location to navigate Indy. Valet parking over priced with few affordable or convient alternatives. Staff friendly but slow to react to special requests.”

“My daughter and I were attending a concert down in Brown County and stayed at the Brown County Inn. It was very nice and clean. We ate at the restaurant. The food was amazing. The drinks were really good. The hotel provided a shuttle over to the venue which was very nice. Would highly recommend it. ”
