“We had a great stay!! Would definitely stay again. I was a little nervous based on all of the negative reviews, but nothing negative to report about our stay!!”

“Facilities, surroundings, internal amenities were disgusting. Staff were not helpful. When I communicated numerous issues like our door lock not working, hair dryer not working, blood on the wall, toothpaste globs on the walls, numerous ants in and out of the fridge, and dirty stained sheets there was no reasonable help from staff. I told them about the bugs and they offered me bug spray. They said they would send someone to address issues but no one ever came. Please avoid at all costs.”

“Only bad thing was the room didn't have a mini fridge or microwave. Breakfast was on point .”

“Very run down, unfortunately. There were notes posted that it was under construction, though no sign of any actual work. First room so smelly we asked to change. Second room didn’t smell as bad, but floors were so sticky we didn’t take shoes off. Very noisy being near the elevator, and no security lock. Bed was comfortable though.”

“Not clean. Sink was clogged, carpet was dirty. I didn’t even want to open the sofa bed to have one of my kids sleep there. The only ok thing was breakfast and the lady at the bar was super nice.”

“The view of the lake from my room was lovely. But the building and its furnishings are very tired. And the restaurants stopped serving food at 8 PM. But the lobby person sent me to a delicious, if somewhat sleezy, sports bar dinner a short walk across the highway.”
