“Our favorite place to stay in Downtown Indianapolis”

“Good style.”

“It was a decent place to stay. Some looked to be updated while other parts did not. Pool is very tiny and fitness center is just 4 cardio machines. Breakfast is not included. The staff I spoke with were nice. It’s a convenient location and fairly priced. Would stay again”

“Overall we had a really good stay outside of the hotel was a little sketchy however the inside was very nice and accommodating staff was really great and work out room was really nice. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning but the staff was excellent at assisting and trying to rectify any issues we had. Overall it was a great stay!”

“The staff that interacts directly with the customer is outstanding. This includes the front desk and the food services staff at breakfast and the evening reception. Housekeeping is inconsistent and often misses simple items such as replenishing the coffee. Overall, the hotel needs a little TLC. In our room, some of the flooring was coming up. There are obvious places where there were defects with the elevator call button panels. In some areas, the paint is seriously showing its age. The……

“The staff was very rude to me and my children. I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right.”
