“We arrived and the exterior wasn’t inviting, the staff was helpful. I didn’t really like the location but overall the room was nicer than expected… We booked a king size bed, but got two queens instead. They only have one king size bed in the hotel! 😑 Next time I’ll book in the downtown area!”

“Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired.”

“The property was nice and clean, well maintained. Check in staff was friendly. My room was clean, the temperature control worked well and was not noisy, the refrigerator worked, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well and didn’t leak all over the floor. The complimentary breakfast was well rounded and there were two waffle makers. I did not eat breakfast but I believe I would have enjoyed it if I had. I’d stay here again!”

“So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible……
