「Breakfast was good, staff was all super helpful (cafe staff were very soft spoken and hard to hear, but overall very friendly). Had to add nights to my stay and front desk staff was helpful and made the process easy so we didn’t have to change rooms. 」

「I hate to say this because I really did enjoy the room, the service, the casino and all. But the pool was closed during our stay, which was entirely the reason we chose this hotel over another. It was too late to make other accommodations by the time we checked in, and it was only made clear to us at the service desk that the pool was out of commission. I know it's not a huge thing, but again, it's the entire reason we hinged out stay on this location and it feels like a bait and switch to show...
