「YIKES. Black mold and rust all over the bathroom ceiling and in the AC vents. Given the way the ceiling looked, I can't imagine the whole place not being infested with mold. The sink and shower water smelled VERY strongly of sulfur (rotten egg/fart smell) and I smelled awful after a quick shower. Whenever we washed our hands, the room would stink. 「Avoid This Place As a Choice member, I expect better than this dump. From the second I pulled in, it was bad news. The parking lot was a cratered mess full of potholes and cracks. The only thing I didn’t like was at the bottom of the door at room 117, the weather stripping is totally off and just gathers on certain parts of the door. There was a heavy rain the other day and since the weather stripping isn’t on the bottom of the door properly , that rug inn front of the door was soaking wet from rain water coming in from under the door .
