“My family joined me for a wonderful trip to Brightstone. We fell in love. Our hosts were phenomenal and so helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they are very helpful. The house contained everything we needed. The photos of the listing are accurate but photos do not do justice to the setting. The beautiful lake is amazing. The hiking trails were fun for the grandkids and we saw wild turkeys and other critters. We are planning a return trip next summer and cannot wait……

“Check in and check out process super easy. Cathy was once nice and responsive to any questions we had. We loved the house. Decor is adorable. It’s remote as mentioned in the listing. Little to no cell phone service. WiFi was ok. We didn’t mind at all. It was enough for us to communicate with our families at home if needed. Backyard is so cute. Lots to do. 3 of us attached a float to the dock and enjoyed some sun. It’s a fast flowing river keep that in mind if you choose to do the same. It’s a……

“We chose this property because of it's location between Indianapolis and Chicago, as half our group was coming from each city. The house and outdoor area met every expectation for our weekend together. Michel was incredibly responsive and asked very little of us as guests. We rarely left the house, but when we did, downtown DeMotte had a great diner (Steve's Grill) and really nice grocery store. Very likely our group will try to make this our annual meet up location.”
