「Casino was a bit outdated. Had some new games. But games were better before actually getting on the boat.」

「This is a brand new property and overall it was very nice but when we got to our room to check it out before bringing our luggage in, housekeeping had left a soiled towel in the bed under the mattress cover. The mattress cover was soiled and when I touched it I felt a lump. When I pulled back the mattress cover it I found the soiled towel. They moved us to another room with no more issues. Overall it was a nice stay with nice breakfast options」

「When we tried to check in, the front desk lady said we couldn't. My husband and I had been on the road all nite and all day. She told us we had to come back at check in. I have never been to a hotel we had to wait. We were only an hour and half from check in. Not only that she was rude and hateful. When we came back, that next lady was very kind and nice. She even moved us to a different room bc it was not cooling. This place was convenient and close to places we were going to. Close to...
