“The room was very clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with everything that the studio room came equipped with. The lobby was very nice and inviting. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and able to answer all of my questions about that parking garage. The parking garage is under surveillance and shared with the police department, so very safe for me and my vehicle! Parking is $20 a car. Would definitely stay again!”

“Absolutely fantastic service. They were friendly and went above and beyond. And the location was excellent. Whiskey row is fun and this hotel was right on it. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby. But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive,……

“The check in reception clerks were very nice at approx 4:30 pm. We were back at the hotel after an event at approx 11:15 and the clerks then were not very nice/helpful. The water in the lobby was empty and not refilled for guests. The coffee in the morning on the lobby was all gone by 11 am. The room air conditioner did not cool the room enough. It was still warm after setting air to lowest option and my girls were warm sleeping. Other than that, room was clean and beds were comfortable”

“Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.”
