The “full service” restaurant was terrible! Literally the worst half of what we ordered for breakfast was not available including milk, breakfast sausage, butter, croissant, cream for coffee the rest of breakfast was cooked wrong. The yogurt smelled rotten. The side of toast for $4 was ridiculous! A stale piece of cheap bread, half toasted, no butter, honey or jam available no discounts were offered whatsoever for all the issues. The valet parking was a joke. $36/day but we had to wait forever for the attendant to show up and retrieve our keys only to have us get our own car from the lot and park it again upon return. We basically paid $36/day for a parking lot adjacent to a public lot that was $7/day. So we overpaid by a ridiculous amount for no service at all. I can only say that the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything else was unacceptable.

Breakfast isn't included in all stays, and is not prepared quickly. Parking is valet only, which requires a charge of $36/ day. This means you are paying for the privilege of waiting for your car as opposed to just walking to the car lot. The rooms were nice and decently clean. The staff were mostly friendly, but the night staff is noticeably more friendly than the day staff.

Our stay was brief. Found a cockroach in the first two minutes. Looked around and found dead bugs and nail clippings around 3 of the 4 walls. Went downstairs to checkout at minute 5. Wouldn't let us cancel because we booked through a booking site. 2.5 hrs later, booking site contacted them and we bargained to get a refund and cancelation. Not a pleasant experience.

Got switched rooms 3 times, the first rooms door broke. The second room had blood on the sheets. The 3rd room was our final room. The whole first floor smelled like sewage. The front desk lady couldn’t answer any questions. I didn’t get a discount for all we went thru. I was offered a free water.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was the perfect temp and very clean and well equipped for what we needed. The breakfast was superb and served with royalty by their only cook. Truly an A+ to the staff.

To start off, the staff was not friendly at all! When we checked in we were told the parking lot was full so we would have to park on the street or in a parking garage 1.5 blocks away. We were not told we needed to make a reservation for parking, not on the website either. While our vehicle was in the parking garage, the back window was busted out, our vehicle ransacked and items stolen. As far as the hotel, the shower had mold in it, the floors were dirty and the sheets smelled like they had been slept on. We thought we had complimentary breakfast but you had to go downstairs and there was one person taking the orders and fixing the food, we waited for over 30-45 minutes for our breakfast. The food was good but it took forever to get it. Anytime from check in to check, when we would go to the front desk, the staff would be at the bar talking or on their phone and acted like we were interrupting them. We booked this hotel because our daughter was having cancer surgery and it was close to the hospital so we could be with her. Needless to say, we had to leave a day early because there was no way we could stay in that area of town with a window that was broken out. We will never stay at this hotel again and will definitely spread the word not to stay there. Very disappointed with our stay and disappointed I had to leave my daughter!

Not enough parking for the amount of rooms. Had to park elsewhere and walk to the hotel. At that, you have to pay for parking if you park at the hotel. The TV only had one station, and no other streaming services (netflix, hulu, etc.) Bed spreads had previous stains on them, they were clean but not presentable. The beds were comfy, the AC worked, and the water got warm. That’s all the good I have to say.

Our check in time was at 3:00, but when we arrived they told us our room was not ready. We didn’t get a room until 5:30, but to make up for it they upgraded our room which was much appreciated. Staff stated they only had 2 housekeepers which impacted their ability to prepare rooms for new guests. Did not receive housekeeping services throughout the stay, and had to fetch new towels etc for ourselves. The parking situation was messy as well. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the bar in the lobby. The bartender was very kind and even gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Room was clean but tiny. It was what I expected from a downtown hotel, no free amenities or parking. Room had a light that didn't work and electric blinds that didn't fully operate. Parking was atrocious. Even though I paid for parking I lost my parking spot to somebody else and there was a spot shuffling to compensate of which somebody else lost their parking. not sure if they had a way to really enforce the parking policy.
