TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In...

「We checked in late into our room. Room was hot so we clicked the air on. After an hour later and the temperature being 78 we decided to call the front desk. The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel」

「The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. 」

「Our stay at this hotel was from Friday, Mar 20 to Sunday, Mar 22---two overnights. We would have rated the hotel higher except for an incident causing considerable inconvenience. Upon arrival late Friday afternoon we noticed two signs, one was a folding sign, the other was permanently affixed near the elevator door, announcing Saturday Brunch between 9am and 2pm in the Rooftop Grill. 「We chose this hotel for opening day. We had to store our luggage all day and go to the game without getting into our room. I didn’t receive a call to let us know it was ready until 6pm. I understand it’s a very busy day but I’ve stayed at the Hyatt the last several opening days and have always been about to get into the room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and I would choose to stay there again for a regular game but not opening day. 」
