「Nice hotel just off the highway. Plenty of parking available. Fast check in. The room was large and the bed was firm. They had soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. They offered turkey sausage, white egg omelets, hard boiled eggs, fruit and even gluten free muffins as well as all the other items typically offered for breakfast.」

「Property is either pretty new or very well renovated. Everything smelled fresh. Breakfast was typical motel breakfast. I wasn’t able to use the gym but it looked nice. The only inconvenience was that I had already done the online check in, which was supposed to save time, but still had to complete the full check in process in person. Overall, one of the best budget motels that I have stayed in.」

「SOLO TRAVELER BEWARE. I stayed at this hotel while traveling solo to a music festival in Lexington Kentucky. One night/morning when I got back to the hotel around 1:30am my room key was not working. I tried multiple times and tried to open the door. I went to the lobby and it was LOCKED. There was a window in the side of the lobby with a pillar behind it and no one inside the lobby. Because of the pillar I couldn't see the dimly lit lot parking lot behind me. There was a ring type door I pushed...

「Love the hotel, the area and the staff. My only complaint was the walls are very thin & could hear the toddler screaming and Dad(assuming) yelling to stop but toddler wouldn’t for long time til finally fell asleep. Then in the morning could hear same people talking/laughing- woke me up. Other than that we loved this place.」

「Parking was great. Breakfast was fine and area was clean and well attended. Room was clean. At check in we were not told they did not clean rooms daily. No one came by during our 3 night stay. No shower soap on arrival and it took three requests over two days to get some. Manager handled issue.」

「On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay!」

「For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch...
