“Great location off 64. Front desk staff were amazing. The pool was really nice. The room was exactly the right location I prefer. My granddaughter got to have popcorn they serve in the lobby. The bed and pillows were great, so comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast, but my granddaughter did, it looked really good. Every time I stay here I enjoy the stay!”

“This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”

“After initial check in when given a king room after we asked for a room with 2 queen beds. The front desk was helpful, but I requested the room with a walk-in shower. We got a room with a tub and the shower head didn't work correctly. On top of that, the tub didn't drain adequately and was standing in 6" of water while showering. We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and this was the worst room experience we've ever had.”

“The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them……

“I thought check in was quick and easy but when I asked about the closet entrance to our room the response was next to the pool. Great but where’s the pool This was our first time to this brand hotel so saying by the pool meant nothing. Also housekeeping came in and took our towels and left clean bed sheets on the unmade bed. Are we to change the sheets ourselves???? Yes the happy hour is nice but not sure if that makes the up for not having the feeling of being welcomed”
