“The guy at front desk was either high or drunk he was slurring his words and had an attitude he should not be allowed to deal with the public way he acts then he charged extra money because I booked online saying he lost money if you book online and he doesn’t like guest book online even told me I could go elsewhere he didn’t care because my money was non refundable pay the extra money go elsewhere this place is awful and the management doesn’t care about customers!!!!!!!!!!!STAY……

“The staff were all very sweet to us. The housekeepers were amazing and took very good care of us on our long stay. I will stay here again next time I visit my son. 10 stars”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The area and hotel appeared safe. The only complaint I have was that I was charged $75 extra dollars for my dog and even though the room was clean surfaces and all, it smelled of urine from the carpeting. As it was late and I was tired, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund of my $75 pet fee. ”

“I really did like the location of the cabins. The cabins are outdated. I will say the water pressure and heat from the shower really did help this aching body. A beautiful scenic spot. ”

“Decent location and price per night. Rooms were small and bathroom was very small. Pool was non operational. Okay for a night stay.”

“Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was nice, enough to get your day started well. Elevator was fast getting to our floor. Hallway could definitely use some new flooring. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The whole place smelled of cigarettes the rooms had no towels the microwaves didn’t work tub had hair in it rooms smelled as well”

“Arrived to a TV that didn’t work. Had the manager come up to the room with a new remote - didn’t work. Come to find out the previous guest disconnected the HDMI port. Also the hotel phone was not plugged in. Really minor things but after 15th on the road it was frustrating/disappointing. ”
