The hotel is very nice. The room is clean and the staff was nice and helpful. It was a challenge to get into the hotel parking garage. I picked this hotel because it is across from the Yum Center so we could walk to our concert. Over all it was a good stay here.

Great hotel for families

We really like this hotel. It has an attached parking lot with reasonable fees, is close walking distance to the yum center, Kentucky center for the arts, science museum, great restaurants, and bourbon experiences. The bistro has good food and drinks and the staff is always friendly.

Enjoyed our stay

With the exception of the power outage, everything went well. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Hats off to the chef for the lovely drizzle he used on the slice tomatoes. I thought the parking was a bit pricey, but I guess that's to be expected when staying downtown.

Overall was a great experience, the staff were super friendly and helpful parking was easy very convenient to downtown attractions, disappointed that the pool wasn’t open even though we had called ahead of time to check to make sure the pool was open when we got there it was not

Highly Recommend Clean Hotel in Great Location

Highly recommend this hotel - in a fantastic location, walking distance to lots of bars & restaurants, 4th Street Live & other activities! Hotel was very clean, service was prompt and friendly. My ONLY complaint is that the Bistro doesn't open for coffee until 7 AM on weekends but the signage says 6:30 AM.

The property was nice......nothing fancy. The property should really invest in some garbage bags for the garbage cans in the rooms. Additionally, the pillows were awful. We had to ask for a few more which were much better.
