“Far too expensive for what they deliver. We had to call 4 times to get someone up to free up the corridor from loud party guys at 1 am, they even nocked on bedroom doors. The breakfast was dry/over cooked. Not to repeat”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“This may be my favorite among all the hotels I’ve stayed in. My room was SO quiet. It’s the size of a small apartment & it was nice to have space to spread out. Staff was friendly & professional. I love the CVS with a connecting door to the lobby. So convenient! Breakfast was great. I had a custom omelet. The meeting room was spacious & we didn’t hear any outside noise. I have zero complaints about this property. Everything is top notch.”

“We were given a room with fresh paint in the restroom which wasn't great to sleep in but we checked in late and I dont think there was another option. Despite that the folks who worked there were great. ”

“Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place……
