“Very noisy air conditioner. Called maintenance and cannot be fixed?! General conditions of the hallways were dusty and full of litter. Housekeeping leaves piles and piles of sheets and linens in the hallways for most of the day. No doormen around to assist with bags. No more Crown Plaza hotels!”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“It is a well put together establishment with a modern feel, including a pool table in the lobby. Staff was great and accommodating when our floor's ice machine wasn't working. Great breakfast! Short walk to the Main Street, which has lots of great restaurants, distilleries, shops, and the Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum.”
