This is the second time we stayed here because we enjoyed our first stay. The hotel was equally enjoyable on this trip. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and relatively close to major thoroughfares. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is highly recommended.

The room was small but we didn’t mind. Very clean and most of the staff is great. My only real complaint is the bar. Bartender was rude and completely ignored me for the regulars that were there but she made a really good margarita when I finally got served haha I would def come back.

This was great location, close to many stores, restaurants etc. The hotel is older, but rooms are clean. We had a problem with our bathroom sink not draining and the showered not working, and the management on duty had the problem fixed within a few hours. Overall, a very nice stay.

Older building, needs some upgrades. Room was ok, desk was broken. Bed was decent, but would have liked some pillow choices. Carpet didn't feel especially clean, felt some pieces of something while walking around. Found a ball of hair in the hallway after the room cleaning service cart went by. Shower was great though, hot and good pressure. A/C worked well, almost too well. Parking in the garage was easy. Staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant and bar.

I really enjoyed my stay with Sheraton. The room was clean, hotel staff was very friendly, and the location is unbeatable. My only issue was my room was near the stairway, and it was a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay! I will definitely return in the future!

I absolutely loved this property. The only negative was being overcharged at the gift shop and for parking. The front desk staff gave me the proper number to call to get it taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
