“Very large space and responsive host!”

“Très bonne surprise. Logement très propre y compris les draps, les serviettes et couvertures. Salle de bain et toilettes en bon état. Aucun problème avec les équipements mis à disposition, tous fonctionnels. Bon point également pour la literie qui est d'un bon niveau. La description du logement faite sur le site correspond à la réalité. Très bonne localisation pour accéder au metro. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration dans la zone, très proche de Times Square. “Great location and comfortable place to stay ! ”

“It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.”

“It was a great location, we felt safe and secure there, excellent that it was right near everything: bagels, right around the corner, and right down the street from the theater. Check in was easy. Con’s: needs a new living room couch. ”

“Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated. The apt hallway smelled strongly of some type of ethnic cooking the entire time we were there. On the positive side, it was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The truly negative thing that……
