「Very tired and broken room. Furniture falling apart, old yellowed wallpaper, some plug sockets didnt work. The noise from the service lift was audible in the room. There was a nespresso machine, but two odd sized cups with no saucers nor teaspoons.
THE LIFTS ARE BADLY BROKEN, QUEUES ARE HORRENDOUS TO GET TO AND FROM YOUR ROOM. ONE OF THE FOUR LIFTS WAS OUT OF ORDER FOR THE FULL DURATION - 4 DAYS OF OUR STAY.
There was nowhere to buy a coffee in the morning unless you paid for room service. The...

「酒店位置地处商业中心，外出非常方便。不过房间窗户是朝天井的，早知就订有露台的。酒店介绍有24小时机场大巴，结果仅有另自订机场专车，有出入。总之酒店各方面还是非常不错的，值得再次光临。」

「Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.」

「Loved the staff.
Beautiful “swan” room.
I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha
Really good .
Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff.
Bed was amazing .
