The skyrise tower elevators were a complete nightmare. Every time we needed to come down or up to our room we’d waste easily 40-60 mins. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.

Checked in on MGM app which assigned room, able to use stations to print room keys. Assigned room in Royal tower which needs updating. Above headboard decoration was peeling off, lights difficult to turn on/off or not working. Had issue with key card and directed to wait in a long guest services ...

The floors were dirty, sheets and towels were stained. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Neighbors woke us up at 230am yelling at each other for over an hour until the police were called. Would not stay again.

Everything is okay okay but nobody mentioned that we can’t provide breakfast but in the google say that the hotel provides breakfast and also hotel doesn’t mention the washroom is common
