"Hotel showed one room upon selection of room and flight package. Then when we arrived we had a view of a brick wall. Hotel staff were very helpful in guiding us and giving advice on places to see. However maid service did not clean our room for 2 days which was a little disappointing."

"So our AC went out twice during out stay once at 1 in the morning and we had to have maintenance come - they did not offer any discounts for this inconvenience.
