"Nice clean property on the intercoastal side of Gulf Blvd. Beach access is across the street from the property, so may have a short walk depending on your room. Only Rooms closer to the intercoastal will have "water" views. May be very limited views. Property was good for our purposes on this trip and Indian Shores is very nice and seems less busy than Madera or St Pete Beaches."

"We loved the place very accommodating! the proximity to the gulf and pool was great. I would have appreciated greater clarification on the type of coffee maker, exactly where the entrance to both the pool and the Gulf! passageway was and that there was a laundry room available.. I must say that even the laundry room was neat and clean. the grounds were kept very clean"

"We loved the location and the set-up of the condo. It was pretty clean and provided a well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. The beds were just ok and the pillows were absolutely terrible. The linens and pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was accessing our condo. It has a keyless entry that gave us many issues. We ended up leaving the back door unlocked to ensure we could get in. (Not very safe, I know.) A huge tip if you rent this condo.... IT'S ON THE LEFT of Whispering Pines. We came in late at night. There was no lighting. Units on both sides of the street, directly across are 19211, have the same address with different street names. There was not street names listed. Since we could see the one on the left it made it difficult to figure out which was ours. There is also 2 mailboxes with 19211, one had the street name very small but again it was dark and we couldn't read it. This was very frustrating. Andy and Gregg were nice and responsive but the issues we were having persisted. It wasn't a terrible stay but we would not book again."

"Well it is what it is. Very small space with double and twin beds so no room for comfy chair (s). Full kitchen capability tho i didn't use. Appreciate the many beach chairs, umbrellas and towels that was nice. Can't lighting, an under cabinet LED or fluorescent light would be a great addition. Unlikely to stay again."

"I DIDN'T REALIZE THERE WOULD ONLY BE ONE BED. THE COUCHES WERE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE FOR AN ADULT TO SLEEP ON. WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER IN OUR UNIT. THE DOOR LOCK DIDN'T WORK, BUT WE REPLACED THE BATTERIES RIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT.WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BEACH FRONT. THE OFFICE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT OUR ROOM, THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HANDLE YOUR CLIENTS.."
