"The house was as advertised. Everything was very clean accept for the pool which was probably the result of a storm blowing through just before we arrived. As mentioned in other reviews the house could use some painting. And the situation with needing to give a schedule for times you want to use the hot tub could be improved upon by having a timer accessible by the guest. "

Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the dolphins on the dock of the intracoastal or walk across the street to see the sunset on the beach. Chairs and fishing rods provided for relaxation. Good restaurants and coffee within walking distance: Host is accommodating and responsive. "

"The beachfront ground floor property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Walking out the front door directly onto the sandy beach is a fabulous perk offered when you stay here. Sunset views can be enjoyed looking out the front window or by walking the short distance to the water’s edge. During our 12 day stay we experienced cooler weather as well as much warmer weather towards the end. The heating system and air conditioning both worked very efficiently. As we look forward to our next trip to the Florida Gulf Coast we definitely would stay at this property again. Thanks for the hospitality. "

"The house itself was amazing but the location!!!! Literally a very short walk across the street and we were on the beach. We spent about half the time at the beach and half the time enjoying the pool. So easy to go back and forth. "
