“This unit was in a perfect location! We had a great view of the bay, and it was conveniently located near the pool! Having a restaurant right there was a huge bonus and the food and service was great! The condo was spacious and updated. Don was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable! We were less than 15 minutes from Raymond James as well as downtown. I highly recommend renting this unit!”

“Room directly above restaurant -good view of beach but air handlers noisy. Front door closed at top but not at bottom so it had a large gap in door jamb. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Elevator had signs that key card was needed to access rooms but it did’t work. Would have felt safer if it was working.”
