"Loved the location! A short walk to town, the beach, restaurants and the dog park. The heated pool was nice and the privacy was great, being on a dead end street.The owner (Joe) was quick to respond for any questions. The house was really clean and the service (pool, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) was top notch. It was our first time on AMI and we really enjoyed the area!"

"Great property for families or friends. Spacious, clean, and well equipped kitchen. Loved being able to control heat for pool and spa. Beach access was approximately 4 blocks away with parking for 3-4 cars. Walking to the beach was 10-15 minutes. Several chairs, a tent, and a wagon were available for use. "

"The location was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and right across from the trolley stop. The only negative was the toilets and how they flushed. There was a wagon full of beach supplies in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub was used daily. "
