"The house was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Large living room and kitchen/dining area allowing plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was nice. A couple of maintenance issues (elevator and grill) were not able to be addressed during our stay but I’m sure that was mainly due to the holiday. Would definitely recommend this house to others and would stay here again if we return to AMI!"

"Great location, close to great beaches. House also great with everything you need for a Florida get away!I would highly recommend this home for families. It is difficult for adults to get up the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft area with 3 queen beds. Worked out perfectly for our family. "

"The cottage was definitely beautiful, a perfect getaway with a short walk to the beach and plenty of nearby areas to explore. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, even though it was advertised as such. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really enjoy it because the water was a bit chilly. I later found out that heating the pool costs extra and needs to be arranged in advance. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, just make sure to specify ahead of time if you want the pool heated."
